So, we had our very first ever "Corley Family Car Wash" this past weekend. We cleaned up downstairs, and had Beth, Joey, and Grammy over for a car wash. We all love to do things as a family, but sometimes it can get expensive, so the smart one, me, of course, suggested a Family Car Wash. The idea was that we would all get a car wash out of the deal and not really have to do it all alone.
It was an absolute BLAST! I suggested that it be an annual event, but Joey said we should do it more than that! I'm up for it. My car NEVER gets washed, but now, it has the opportunity to get a "hand" wash!
Woo hoo!
It seems that I am a bit biased when it comes to taking family pictures. You'll see how I take mainly pictures of the kids, random shots of Beth & Joey, Rusty on occasion, and I never make it in the picture.

The kids had more fun playing in the bucket than anything else! I let loose and let them go to town. They were SOAKED by the time we were finished. It didn't help that the adults had a ton of fun squirting them with the hose either!!!
This is an AWESOME picture!!! One for the books, I think!!!
Rusty was fixing the new rope light. Rachel was warned about squirting adults. She got on the steps for a better angle so she could ensure her safety!!
Looks like Beth's arms are starting to hurt!! *Sigh*
Beth did an AMAZING job with the love bugs!! Filthy critters!!
I was the designated "squirter" this time because I can barely bend over without tipping over, but you can see that even I was a slacker at some point!
"And then, Sammy, you aim the hose at Mommy, just like this!"
Grammy actually made it in to this picture...a little bit. She will dodge out of a picture so quick that she becomes a blur. Oh well! Next time, Grammy!!

What an eventful day! We are SO blessed to have such a great family and for them to be so close that we can enjoy these times together!
