More Than Just a Makeover

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition aired Easter Sunday night. Thanks to my friend, Stephanie, I got some good pictures to add to the blog. The story of George Kadzis' illness reminds me so much of my Dad's illness, so this episode hit close to my heart. One way or the other, I made it onto national television - right near the 60 minute mark. I'm wearing a blue t-shirt and my "fru-fru" sunglasses!

This entire experience was such a blessing to this community. People came from all over the place to support this family in their time of need, and it just gave me a warm, fuzzy feeling to know that we live in such a wonderful city!
