Emmy - 7 Months Old

It seems like I just wrote the "Emmy - 6 Months Old" blog post, but here we are, already at 7 Months Old! Sam can finally say, "E-mil-ly" without it sounding like "Enemy", but I think that Emmy has stuck! It just fits her red-headed personality to a tee!

Emmy sat up by herself for the first time today, but we didn't get to see it. We visited a friend's house today, and her daughter told us that she sat up by herself. *Sigh*

She does not have any teeth yet, but I feel like we are getting pretty close to having some - there is still slobber everywhere. Emmy's scream is still very much so a scream. The girls at her daycare call her "Screammy". We have a new noise...other than the screaming...Emmy goes "ba-ba-ba" like ba-ba-ba black sheep. And, thank the Lord, she has a relatively normal little voice in there despite the screaming.

I think we are on the verge of having some major breakthroughs. Emmy will be sitting up, crawling, and have teeth any time now.
