Shorts in December

We took the kids to the park today. It was nearly 80 degrees in Tallahassee. It blows my mind that it's just a few shorts days from Christmas, and here we all are, running around the park, in shorts!

Whatever the case, the kids had a blast, and it was nice to get out of the house. I strapped on the Snugli that Mom got us, and off we went.

Emmy stayed right here the entire time we were at the park.

Rachel decided that she wanted to be a photographer for a little bit. Of course, I had to pose for her.
Rachel took a little break to talk to Cody.
Rachel & Sam climbed this thing...I have no idea what you would call it, but they had a good time anyways.

Yes, I taught her how to do this. It's so much fun. You really should try it sometime!

Look, I made it into a picture! Woo hoo!

The mister. They were limited to one minute at a time for every ten minutes. They were soaked after one minute, but still had a pretty good time running in and out of the water.

They carried a bag around with them. It had nothing in it, but ultimately, it was a great prop for their imaginations!
