I do hope you all enjoy what I wrote about the Brew & Bean Coffee Company here in Tallahassee, FL. and I hope that you can understand my fury when it comes to dealing with Brew & Bean Coffee Company.
Brew & Bean Coffee Company Review
So, I've not actually visited Brew & Bean Coffee Company, but after today, I will NEVER spend a dime in this establishment.
I am 9.75 months pregnant, and I broke my toe two days ago. The parking at Brew & Bean Coffee Company is shared with a popular sandwich shop next door. Today, I pulled in to the sandwich shop's parking lot, and I see that there are signs from Brew & Bean Coffee Company that say "Brew & Bean Coffee Company parking only". Covering this sign is a sign that said popular sandwich shop placed over the Brew & Bean Coffee Company sign that said, "Popular Sandwich Shop Parking Only". So, naturally, I park in the parking space that is the closet to the store that I am visiting keeping in mind that I could have a baby at ANY moment and I am hobbling around on a broken toe. The other parking options were down a hill and down some stairs.
I go into the sandwich shop to place my order. I am immediately warned that I have to move my car because the owner of the Brew & Bean Coffee Company is towing cars...even though the sign says that the parking is for the shop that I am patroning.
To be diplomatic, I go next door to the Brew & Bean Coffee Company and ask if I could park in "their" spot for just a moment. I was ordering take out, so I wouldn't be there but for a minute. I also informed the owner of my condition, and she did not care. She said, "That's all the parking that we have, so yes, I am telling you that I will tow you."
"That's fine", I say. I could tell that she could care less about customers whether I was a Brew & Bean Coffee Company customer or not. Her reaction tells me that she is ONLY in this world to be mean to others and that she has ZERO compassion on others if it costs her a penny. Well, I am the VERY FIRST PERSON to write a review on your company, Ms. Brew & Bean Coffee Company Owner, and so far, you are ZERO for ONE!
I would suggest having some sense of human decency in the future because you are now exposed for what you are for the world to see. I do hope that you can take this message as constructive criticism, and see this situation for what it was. It was WRONG to treat me as if I were not breathing, and for you to tell my husband when he questioned you on this matter that, "You were pregnant once too!" was as insensitive as it was rude.
I do hope that you, Ms. Brew & Bean Coffee Company Owner, do have a wonderful Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas as this is the time of year that we, as humans, are to celebrate things that we are thankful for.
Good luck in all that you do, Ms. Brew & Bean Coffee Company Owner.

How horrible! I suppose the economic hardship doesn't apply to the coffee and sandwich business. They obviously don't care about their customers.
