A SML Summer Like No Other

So, we've made it customary to go to Aunt Corny and Uncle Sam's house on Smith Mountain Lake every summer. We load the van up, and go. We also skip over to Kingsport, TN to visit Babby (my sis-in-law) on this trip. Babby is only 3 hours away from the Lake, so it makes for an easy ride.

So, like I said, we loaded up the van, and headed north. It seems that there is less room in the van these days (There are 6 of us...Rusty, me, Mom, Cody, Rachel, & Sam), so we only pack for three days. It makes it SO nice to pack everything. Blah! Once Emily gets here, Cody is going to have to ride on the top of the van!!!

I've not had a minute to post all that I have wanted to post in quite some time, but I wanted to get SML Summer, 2008 on here as soon as possible! We just LOVE visiting with family! It is just SO important to me to keep my family close. I've lost really close family members in the past, so I try to keep everyone as close as possible. Even if I get mad about something...I understand that you just have to get over it. Family is SO important!

There is SO much that I can say about different family members, but this is about SML, 2008. This may have been our best vacation yet!!!
