Week 29

Rebekah's Update for Week 29: I am tired. I am very......very.....tired.... I had to work the early shift this week in FedEx-land. That means that I have to get up VERY early in the morning. I set the clock for 2:27 (I loved that TV show) every day, and roll/wobble / limp out of bed to go to work where my "crew" may or may not show up for work. I REALLY hate working this shift. It has nothing to do with getting up that early. I really don't mind it. I just despise having to depend on undependable people. I won't get going on this issue...Emily doesn't need any extra stress and neither do I. Other than being so extremely tired and sore from working, Emily and I are doing fine. The kids are getting anxious about Emily's arrival. I'm going to get a dry erase board for Rachel so that she can start her countdown. We did this for our SML vacation, and she absolutely had a blast keeping up with it! While we were getting everything into the car the day that we left, she even did a 60 second countdown. So much fun!!! My hips have completely popped out of joint, and I am limping around 85% of the time. I've called the doctor to see if it would be a hindrance to the labor / delivery process if I go get them popped back in, but I missed her call yesterday. That's now a project for next week. I could SO go for a massage right now! *Sigh*
**WARNING TO THE SQUEAMISH** -This quite possibly is too much information for you-
This is the update from the website: Week 29
Your Baby's DevelopmentYour baby continues to be active, and those first few flutters of movement have given way to hard jabs and punches that may take your breath away. If you notice a decrease in movement, do a fetal kick count: your baby should move at least 10 times in an hour. If your baby moves less, talk to your health care provider.

Your Body During pregnancy, iron is important for replenishing the red blood cell supply. You should be eating at least 30 milligrams of iron each day. Because iron deficiency is common during pregnancy, your health care provider may recommend that you receive a blood test to check your iron level. If it's low, you may be prescribed an iron supplement.

You poor thing, ennnngg, hips out of joint sounds painful!!! Just be so careful that you don't injur yourself while your ligaments are all floppy. Hang in there.
