What's a carp?

While we were at Smith Mountain Lake visiting the most wonderful family a girl could ask for, we were taken to "feed the carp" at the marina. Before this trip, I would have mistaken the word, "Carp" for the word, "Car". My hearing isn't all that it used to be (blaming extremely loud music for this one), and the fact that I don't pay attention to the different names of fish would explain why I would have thought that Uncle Sam was insane because he wanted to take my children to "Feed the Car". Anyhoo, here is a brief video of the kids feeding the CARP! We had an absolute BLAST! I think that this may be one of the stranger things that I will see in my lifetime! The lighting is horrible because of the position of the sun, but you'll get the idea.
